Michael Ferrer Design is a design studio specializing in design, brand identity, and brand guidelines. Ok, and I have done some advertising.

As a proud first generation American of Cuban descent, I have a great work ethic, creative problem solving, and an eye for detail. Let’s collaborate on something.

My professionally written bio (I was a bit shy about writing about myself):

Mike made the leap back to his southern roots in Austin, TX from Portland, OR. His love for warm and dry called him back. Not to mention his need for BBQ.

He joined GSD&M in 2000 and worked on AT&T, Southwest Airlines, Kohler, BMW, The American Legacy Foundation, Walgreens and Caesars Palace (to name a few).

Before GSD&M, Mike took his first job as an Art Director for a small advertising firm of 4 people. In 7 years he helped grow the firm to 25 people while working on Samuel Adams, AT&T Wireless Services, The Oregon Lottery, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Wizards of the Coast (Creators of the world wide gaming hit, Magic the gathering).

During his time there, Moffatt/Rosenthal was named one of the best small agencies in America by Advertising Age.

After earning his BA in Art History and Design, Mike continued his education at The Portfolio Center where he graduated as Art Director.

Accolades include: Communication Arts, MPA Kellys, Cannes, One Show, New York Art Directors Club, Addys.
